  • This is the first time Pear has suicidal thoughts and he wished that he had a worst nightmare like Cheese. Also, one of the flour sacks in Rolling in the Dough had the same thoughts.
  • This is the first episode that spoofed something.
  • When Dane Boedigheimer takes Grapefruit out of the bag, the song playing was Chaos Within.
  • This is the first episode were Orange receives a nickname.
  • Grapefruit didn't return to the series for eight months, but now he is a main character.
  • This is the first time a character is seen wearing makeup.
  • This is the first episode for a female fruit to appear.
  • Passion Fruit is visibly shocked by her first exposure to Knife, so much so that her mouth is agape and you can clearly hear the saliva in her mouth when she talks after Grapefruit gets knifed. She quickly grows used to it to the point where it barely bothers her anymore.
  • This marks the first appearance of Grapefruit, and Passion Fruit.
