Apple is a minor character who only appeared in Kitchen Carnage, an advertisement for the game released on the same day. Before he appeared, Orange and Pear decided that if they didn't talk to someone, they wouldn't get knifed. However, since Apple was being a jerk and making fun of them, they deciced to let him be knifed.
