The Annoying Orange Toy Line was produced by The Bridge Direct, Inc. (now Basic Fun! Toys) and sold exclusively at Toys "R" Us stores from 2011 to 2013. The line consisted of 3-inch talking figures, mini figures, talking keychains, talking plush figures, and character face masks. Its character lineup primarily consisted of Orange, Pear, Midget Apple, Marshmallow, Passion Fruit, and Grandpa Lemon. Nanco also released several arcade and carnival-prize plush toys during that time.

In 2020, new "memory foam plush toys," were released on the new Annoying Orange website and advertised in the episode "Annoying Orange - Real vs Toy Challenge." Supplies were initially limited, according to the first announcement. The new toys are designed and manufactured by James Warren, LLC. and featured most of the characters, including Grapefruit, Grandpa Lemon and Passion Fruit.
