There were some characters who almost nearly died in the series; here is a list of them and their near-deaths.

Orange

• Annoying Saw: He was in a death trap set by Jigsaw, but found the key and escaped.
• Pacmania: Almost lost a life because of the Ghost Gang. He was saved when he said that he didn't feel very good and vomited all the pacdots that he ate.
• Orange of July: If he would have screwed up with the fire, he would have almost got blasted by Grand Finale.
• The Exploding Orange: He caught the hiccups and almost blew up.
• Best Fiends Forever: Got caught in the explosion caused by Grapefruit when Marshmallow was picked on by Grapefruit.
• Annoying Valentines: He was shot by arrows.

Pear

• The Exploding Orange: At the end, Pear got hiccups, but was apparently cured after the episode.
• Orange After Dentist: Was hit by air bag.

Midget Apple

•  Happy Birthday!: Nearly suffocated inside a cupcake when it was set on fire.

Marshmallow

• Annoying Saw 2: The Annoying Death Trap: Stabbed repeatedly with a knife, but was okay. He was also set on fire, but survived.
• Happy Birthday!: The cupcake happened to be splatted on Marshmallow's head that was on fire and almost died.
• Wishful Thinking: A mug appeared and Dane Boedigheimer picked Marshmallow up and dropped it in the hot chocolate. But Marshmallow just says it was a "hot tub full of love".

Liam the Leprechaun

• Luck o' the Irish: Orange wished that Liam would give back the Pot of Gold and it popped up and landed on Liam and squashed him.
• Annoying Orange vs. FRED!!!: The ceiling fell on him and crushed him. 
• Food Court: He throws a hammer on Bailiff Apple making him hit a pillar and it tipped until it hit Liam, squashing him.
• Previously On: Was nearly drowned in a fight with Orange over his hat.

Pumpkin

• Plumpkin: Got stabbed in the head and turned into a jack-o-lantern but survived.
• Crabapple: Had a crab ride on him but survived.

Knife

• No More Mr. Knife Guy: Was rubbed by Sharpener.

Football

• Super Bowl Football: Kicked and hit a goal post exceedingly hard by Dane Boedigheimer.

Nancy Nectarine

• Kitchen Intruder: Was nearly cut by Knife but Orange stopped it.

Grandpa Lemon

• Frankenfruit: (see below).

Frankenfruit

• Frankenfruit: Was eaten by Halloweenie except Grandpa Lemon, Gourd, and Grapefruit.
