I have organized a major plan for RfRs, RfCs, RfBs Edit

RfRs and RfCs start tomorrow, then. ELMOYQUENOCHE will probably be sysoped. ELMOYQUENOCHE will be the last user to not be a rollbacker to win the RfA. If you are an admin who has not passed the RfR, that's fine but, from now on you must pass the RfR. And also if you are a rollbacker and/or a chatmod, (e.g. Randomguy3000) you are also fine. So I'm saying 2 support votes vs. 1 Neutral? ELMOYQUENOCHE has successfully won his RfA. Now on the other hand, RfCs. Good idea! Oh, and Darkapple's RfA fails tomorrow, making Darkapple go through the RfRs, then the RfC's. His RfA will fail due to the fact that his RfA has not been voted on. Any RfA after August 25th of a non-rollback user shall expire. All the current rollbackers, chatmoderators, admins and bureaucrats will not have to redo anything, but only non-rollback. The RfBs will be to completed by you, since you're top-contributor here. Thank you.
